called in the middle of the night, Edgar gave helpful instructions to turn off water that was making malfunctioning hot water heater leak. Both Jonas and Edgar worked all day to replace hot water heater. Service was excellent. Would highly recommend them.

I can't find all the words to express how grateful I am for Down the Shore. If I could give them more than five stars I absolutely would. Edgar, Jonah, and Christian were absolutely amazing. Not only were they consummate professionals, they were kind, efficient, and explained in plain language what my issue was with my plumbing. I had a corroded sewer line pipe that backed up water to my toilets - and no doubt would have backed up all my sink and shower drains. They responded within 30 minutes of my call, on a Saturday no less, and dug up and replaced the damaged part of my pipe and replaced it with the proper PVC piping. They worked quickly, effectively, and resolved my issue completely in a short span of time. They even addressed another problem I had that no other plumbing service paid attention to when I had brought up my concerns in the past. They told me what that issue was and in fixing my main blockage issue I had called them for, they also solved the other issue with no extra charge. The cost of the repair was very fair and much more reasonable than other companies I used in the past. They were straight forward about the work that needed to be done and made sure to consult with me first before they did any additional needed repairs. All three gentlemen were kind, pleasant, and patient with all the questions I had. Edgar, Jonah, and Christian, I am so thankful for all of your hard work. While I hope I won't run into any further issues with my plumbing, I will not call anyone else but Down the Shore to fix it. If you are unsure of what company to call for any of your plumbing needs, be confident in the fact that you will receive the best possible work in a timely manner from these guys - they are the best.
